The coaching history lives in one person’s head
If one coach is at almost every class, that coach carries the history. The rest of your staff come when they can, and members move between classes. The coach in front of a member may be meeting that member for only the second or third time. The member repeats a step they already have, or skips one they need, and the first part of class goes to catching up.
How it works
Your AI assistant reads the next day’s registrations through PVR’s connector, then looks up each registered member in your coaching notes doc. For each class, your assistant writes one short email to the coaches working that class. The email gives a sentence or two on every member: what the member worked on last time and what to focus on next. If a member has no notes yet, the email says so.
Maya worked on her starting position last class. Begin with the slow version, and add speed once it looks steady.
Your coaching notes doc is one Google Doc that you share with your coaches. You paste the doc’s link into the chat, and your assistant opens the doc through its Google Drive connection. The doc is one running journal, with each entry under its date. The notes don’t need to be organized. Dictating them right after class works, as long as each note names the member, what the member worked on and what’s next.
You tell your assistant which coaches work each class. Each email waits in the chat. You read it, fix anything that’s off, and send it to your coaches from your own inbox.
A scheduled task can have the emails ready every evening. Once a run looks the way you want, a quick request in the chat saves the whole flow as a skill, so every run follows the same steps.
Connect your assistant to your live schedule and registrations. The results are only as good as the live data behind them: your registrations, recurring spots, makeups and billing, kept up to date in one place. PVR has a connector built to share that data.
What your AI assistant can and can’t do
PVR’s connector gives read-only access to your schedule, registrations and check-ins. That way, you never have to worry about anything in your business changing or a member getting a message you didn’t send. You’re the one in control.
