The right limit is buried in weeks of registrations
A limit set too low turns away people who would have come. A limit set too high crowds a class your members count on. Finding the right number means going back through weeks of registrations, class by class, counting who came on a drop-in or a makeup. That takes an afternoon, so the limits usually stay where they were first set.
How it works
Through PVR’s connector, your AI assistant reads the last 8 weeks of registrations and check-ins. For each class and each week, it counts who registered as a member, a drop-in or a makeup. Then it counts how many people were checked in, and compares the drop-in and makeup counts to the limits set for that class. For a class that hits a limit most weeks, or never comes close, it suggests a new limit with one sentence on why.
You check members in at every class, because check-ins show who came.
At the start of each month, you ask for the report and decide which suggestions to take. You change those limits in PVR yourself. Once a run looks the way you want, a quick request in the chat saves the whole flow as a skill, so every run follows the same steps.
Connect your assistant to your live schedule and registrations. The results are only as good as the live data behind them: your registrations, recurring spots, makeups and billing, kept up to date in one place. PVR has a connector built to share that data.
What your AI assistant can and can’t do
PVR’s connector gives read-only access to your schedule, registrations and check-ins. That way, you never have to worry about anything in your business changing or a member getting a message you didn’t send. You’re the one in control.
