A member who stops coming is easy to miss
In a busy class, one empty spot doesn’t stand out, so a member can miss a few weeks before anyone notices. Some of those members forgot to cancel. Others meant to come back and lost the habit. Either way, a quick message from someone they know helps most when it comes early.
How it works
Through PVR’s connector, your AI assistant reads your members, their memberships and their check-ins. It finds every member with an active membership and no check-in in the last 30 days, counting classes they came to on a makeup or a drop-in. For each member on the watch list, it gives their membership and the class they’re registered for. Paused memberships are left out, and a membership that’s set to cancel is marked.
Jordan has a monthly membership and is registered for Tuesdays at 5:00, but hasn’t been checked in for 30 days.
You check members in at every class, because check-ins show who came. The watch list waits in the chat. You read it, then send it to your coaches from your own inbox, so whoever knows each member best can reach out.
A scheduled task can have the watch list ready every Monday morning. Once a run looks the way you want, a quick request in the chat saves the whole flow as a skill, so every run follows the same steps.
Connect your assistant to your live schedule and registrations. The results are only as good as the live data behind them: your registrations, recurring spots, makeups and billing, kept up to date in one place. PVR has a connector built to share that data.
What your AI assistant can and can’t do
PVR’s connector gives read-only access to your schedule, registrations and check-ins. That way, you never have to worry about anything in your business changing or a member getting a message you didn’t send. You’re the one in control.
