Every no-show in a full class is a spot someone else wanted
Once a class is full, the next person who wants in gets turned away. Then a few registered members don’t come, and their spots sit empty for the whole class. Overbooking fills those spots if you pick the right number. Finding that number means going back through weeks of registrations and check-ins, class by class.
How it works
Through PVR’s connector, your AI assistant reads the last 8 weeks of registrations and check-ins. For each class date, it counts who registered and how many of those people were checked in, skipping any date with no check-ins at all. For each class that was full most weeks, it suggests how many extra spots the class can take, with one sentence on why. Even on the busiest date it found, the people who came plus the extra spots stay within the class limit.
Wednesday at 6:00 was full all 8 weeks, but on an average week only 9 of its 16 people came. The most who came on any one date was 12, so it can safely take 4 more.
You check members in at every class, because check-ins show who came.
At the start of each month, you ask for the report and decide which classes to overbook. You raise those limits in PVR yourself. Once a run looks the way you want, a quick request in the chat saves the whole flow as a skill, so every run follows the same steps.
Connect your assistant to your live schedule and registrations. The results are only as good as the live data behind them: your registrations, recurring spots, makeups and billing, kept up to date in one place. PVR has a connector built to share that data.
What your AI assistant can and can’t do
PVR’s connector gives read-only access to your schedule, registrations and check-ins. That way, you never have to worry about anything in your business changing or a member getting a message you didn’t send. You’re the one in control.
