An athlete might pay for two practices a week, train in a specific group, move between eligible practices when there’s room, earn a make-up when they cancel ahead, have a parent managing the account, and occasionally come to Open Practice. Multiply that across an entire club, and someone has to understand how all of those rules fit together.

One athlete’s setup
